Return and Refund Policy

At BIKER CHOICE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy return and refund options under the conditions mentioned below:

1. Return Window

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Eligible Items

Returns are accepted only for unused, uninstalled, and undamaged products with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used helmets and safety gear
  • Oils and lubricants
  • Electrical and electronic items (e.g. bulbs, fog lights, Bluetooth, intercoms)
  • Custom or modified accessories

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution (replacement or refund as applicable).

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for size-related issues in riding gear (helmets, jackets, gloves, etc.), subject to stock availability. Reverse pickup and reshipping charges may apply.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Return Shipping

We will arrange a reverse pickup in eligible areas. In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item. Return courier charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible—please initiate a return after delivery.
